Opening Inventory Balances

Record Stock Movement
Create a movement. It goes to Pending → must be Reviewed → then Approved (Admin can auto-approve).
Review & Approvals Queue
Workflow: Pending → Reviewed → Approved. Review is required before approval. Rejected stops the flow.
